Started at the beginning of 2005, Free Vintage Crochet was an experiment we tried to see if there was any interest in vintage crochet patterns that had passed into the public domain. Boy, was there ever! Free Vintage Crochet now offers hundreds of crochet patterns from dozens of vintage pattern books once thought lost forever. Categories include patterns for afghans, baby clothes, Christmas patterns, hat patterns and much, much more. Because of the popularity of this free crochet pattern site, we also started up a sister site, Free Vintage Knitting, offering free knitting patterns. |
